Preface

It is not self-evident for a child in Ghana to receive an education. While the Government of Ghana has made access to basic education possible through free tuition, challenges remain — from examination fees and textbook costs to the difficulty of transitioning to higher levels of education. These challenges are especially prevalent in Ghana's Northern Region.

The Nevalak Foundation continues its commitment to education and community development in Northern Ghana. Through scholarship programmes, community health infrastructure, and educational support, we work to transform lives — one child and one community at a time.

Board of Directors Message

2025 was a year of continued dedication and significant investment in the communities we serve. The year was marked by visible, tangible progress on the Lungni Clinic construction, bringing a long-held vision much closer to reality.

While donor contributions were lower than previous years, the Foundation drew upon its accumulated reserves to continue funding critical projects and scholarship support — including the exciting expansion to tertiary education. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every supporter throughout 2025.

Clinic Construction — Phase III Update

The clinic's walls are now at full height across all sections. Window openings are framed and reinforcing steel rises above the roofline in preparation for the ring beam.
