Quality education in Ghana's Northern Region is a major challenge. Most children cannot attend school due to extreme poverty — parents who are peasant farmers can barely afford basic school materials.
Examination fees, textbook costs, and the difficulty of transitioning to Senior High School create barriers at every stage — leading to very low literacy levels across the region.
We are breaking this cycle — providing materials, scholarships, and support from primary school all the way through university.
Many students cannot afford basic exercise books, pens, or textbooks
BECE and WASSCE fees are unaffordable for most families
Prospectus, provisions and transport block progress to senior high
Exercise books, textbooks, pens, mathematical set, school bag and uniform for one student per term.
All study materials through the critical BECE preparation period for one student.
Full scholarship covering tuition, books, food, transportation, PTA and all examination fees.
Our first project. We donated study materials to 400 students across 7 schools in Lungni preparing for their BECE examinations.
9 students selected for full 3-year SHS scholarships. First award of €375 per student given at a ceremony on 22 July 2022.
All 9 scholarship students successfully completed Senior High School. Average investment: ~€651 per student over 6 semesters covering every expense.
Three outstanding graduates — Mbenjo Linda, Lapon Mayi Isaac, and Obed Bitadiku — are now fully supported through university education.
