2020 Founded in the Netherlands

Touching Lives Through Education & Community Development

The Nevalak Foundation (Stichting Nevalak) was founded on 27 July 2020 and is based in the Netherlands. We are a non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting education and community development in disadvantaged communities.

Our primary area of operation is Lungni — a community in the Nanumba South District, Northern Ghana. We work hand in hand with the local community to address critical challenges in education and healthcare.

Good Health, Good Life —
Lungni Clinic Construction

When illness strikes in Lungni — a mother in labour, a feverish child, an emergency — the nearest care requires a long motorbike ride. We are changing this.

"In Lungni, a mother should not have to ride a motorcycle at night to find a nurse for her sick child. This clinic changes that."

Voices from the Community

I am most grateful to the Nevalak Foundation for the donation of medical equipment to this facility. In my 10 years of practice in this medical facility, the facility has never seen nor used some of the equipment donated by the Nevalak Foundation.
