A major event that happened in the year 2021 is when Theo and Marco who are friends of Nevalak from the Netherlands decided to visit Ghana, thus the community we have chosen to start with our projects. Accompanying them was one board member and a volunteer of Nevalak Foundation.
As part of their visit was to see for themselves the problems of the community provide support to Nevalak foundation to carry out our projects. They visited Lungni (our target community) on the 13th of December, 2021. A meeting was held on the 14th of December 2021. Present in this meeting was the community representatives. Mainly the meeting was to discuss the most pressing needs of the community and how best Nevalak could support them and also visit some social structures within the community. This meeting was successful and we were able to gather a lot of information on the ground regarding the needs of the community. At the end of the day, our friends were happy to support the foundation.
